Volunteering
Would you like to be more than a visitor?
Volunteers are involved in many projects and roles in the Museum of Wellington. This generally involves 1 or 2 days per week and can include helping with:
- cleaning and maintenance of permanent exhibition cases within the Museum
- cataloguing of our vast collection
- creating period costumes for education visits
- developing and compiling education resources
- assisting with marketing duties
