cataloguing

These are some of our recent donations, bequests and conservation projects.

Carwell-Cooke

The Carwell-Cooke collection was transferred by Te Manawa Museum to Collections this year. It was originally donated to Te Manawa by Keith Carwell-Cooke in 1981 and comprises the contents of his aunt, Nesta Carwell-Cooke’s house in Wadestown, Wellington. A large photograph collection featuring Nesta and her dance students make up the major part of this collection, as well as negatives, crockery and silverware.
